I will tell you right now that dancing full out, moving your feet as fast as we do for a full 2 minutes and 30 seconds can be harder than a cross country race any day. On top of all of the hard work and effort we put into our dancing, as artists we cannot huff and puff on the stage. We are taught to present ourselves as champions. To smile, when really we would rather cry. To push even harder and stronger, even though you feel like quitting, and to finish and say ‘That is the best I can do’.
